Exchange an Item

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase!

We will gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 14 days of its delivery date. Any exchanged item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn).

We do not offer the possibility for refund.

In any of the below scenarios, we will gladly replace your item with a new one:

• The wrong product was sent to you.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during shipping.

Orders must be returned in its original packaging.

Kindly note that customized items are created for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.
International exchanges are subject to shipping charges.

In order to proceed with your exchange, kindly reach out to us on team@sophiabeirut.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. You should expect an answer from us within 48 hours.
