We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase! If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of an unworn item within 1 month of the delivery date.
Any returned item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn).
In any of the below scenarios, we will gladly replace your item with a new one (upon proof):
- The wrong product was sent to you.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- Kindly note that customized items are created on your express demand and therefore cannot be exchanged.
- No refund policy is accepted.
- International exchanges are subject to additional charges.
In order to process your exchange, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. You should expect an answer from us within 48 hours.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund must be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
