We will gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 10 days of its delivery date. Any exchanged item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn).
No refund policy is accepted
In any of the below scenarios, we will gladly replace your item with a new one (upon proof):
- The wrong product was sent to you.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
Kindly note that customized items are created on your express demand and therefore cannot be exchanged.
Also, international exchanges are subject to additional charges.
In order to proceed your exchange, kindly reach out to us on email@example.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. You should expect an answer from us within 48 hours.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund must be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
