We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase! If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of an unworn item within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returned items should be in the original condition as you received them : unused and unworn.
In any of the below scenarios, we will gladly replace your item with a new one (upon proof):
- The wrong product was sent to you.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
Kindly note that a customized item cannot be exchanged.
To request a return please email email@example.com with a detailed description of the item you wish to return along with your full name and order number. You should expect an answer from us within 48 hours.
No refund policy/cancellation policy is accepted.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund must be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
