How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Kindly note that customized orders take up to 10 days to be produced.
- International shipping: Once the order is dispatched, the delivery time is from 3 to 7 business days.
- Domestic shipping: Once the order is dispatched, the delivery time is from 2 to 5 business days.
Where is my order?
- International Orders: Once your order is dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a waybill number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order with DHL.
- Domestic Orders: Once your order is dispatched, a text message will be sent to you with a tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order with Wakilni.
How can I insure my order arrives on time?
If you wish to receive your order on a specific date, kindly mention it in the comment box when placing your order and we will do our best to make it happen. If your request cannot be fulfilled, our team will notify you.
Kindly note we cannot coordinate timeframes with the delivery companies. You will be contacted by a driver on the day of the delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Yes, only if the order wasn't dispatched from our offices yet. You can send us an email on email@example.com and we will update your information.
Can I cancel my order?
We only accept the cancellation of an order under 24 hours after its confirmation. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However there are some exceptions (regions with no easy accessibility).

What do I do if I receive a wrong/faulty or missing item?
We are committed to prepare and send our items in perfect condition. If you receive a wrong product or a faulty item, please contact us on email@example.com and we will be glad to resolve your issue. When you get in touch with us, please provide us with your order number and photographs of your item.
Can I exchange an item?
- We gladly accept the exchange of an unworn item within 1 month of the delivery date.
- Any returned item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn).
- No refund policy is accepted.
- Kindly note that customized items are created on your express demand and therefore cannot be exchanged.
