ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Kindly allow extra time for customized orders.
- Domestic shipping: Once the order is prepared, the delivery is from 2 to 5 working days.
- International shipping: Once the order is prepared, the delivery is from 3 to 7 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept the cancellation of an order under 24 hours after its confirmation. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly send an email to email@example.com
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However there are some exceptions (regions with no easy accessibility).
What shipping service do you use?
- All international orders are shipped with “DHL”
- All domestic orders are shipped with “Wakilni”
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from DHL.
What do I do if I receive a wrong/faulty or missing item?
We are committed to prepare and send our items in perfect condition. If you receive a wrong product or a faulty item, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to resolve your issue.
What are your methods of payment?
- We accept online payments in US Dollars only. If your card is in a different currency, please note your payment will convert to USD automatically.
- We accept Cash on delivery at the following rate 1$ = 3,850 LBP
- We accept Credit Card on delivery (USD or LBP)
- Online payments will be considered international transactions as our payment service is set up offshores.
Online transactions are securely made via Tap Company.
Can I exchange an item?
- We gladly accept the exchange of an unworn item within 1 month of the delivery date. Kindly note that customized items cannot be exchanged.
- Any returned item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn)
- No refund policy is accepted.
In order to process your exchange, kindly send an email to email@example.com stating the following:
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your order number if applicable
- Your name, email and phone number
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
How do you package your items?
Our packaging is a hard box with our logo in gold stamp. Every item is wrapped in a paper with a Sophia Beirut card.
If you wish to add any additional packaging, kindly mention it in the comment box when placing your order.
Can I exchange a personalized item?
Personalized items are created on your express demand and therefore cannot be changed unless they are defectives.
Do you have a retail store?
We sell exclusively online, we do however have a selected collection available in stores worldwide

How can I preserve my Gold-Plated Piece?
1. Your gold-plated jewelry piece must not be sprayed with perfume/sprays or come in contact with cream/lotion
Tip: Perform these tasks before putting on the jewelry.
2. Sweat can cause your gold-plated jewelry to tarnish.
Tip: Remove your jewelry items when swimming or exercising.
3. You can restore the shine to the gold-plated jewelry by rubbing its surface with a soft jewelry cloth.
4. Your gold-plated jewelry should be wiped down with a damp cotton ball or microfiber cloth after every wearing to remove smudges and surface soil. A more thorough cleaning should be done after exposure to chlorine, alcohol, acids, and sulfur compounds that cause the base metals to tarnish.
What if my jewelry breaks?
To request a repair please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include:
- your name,
- phone number,
- and a brief description of the problem with a photo so we understand the issue.
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
